Dr. Wong Soon Heng

PhD, MBA, ACIB, AFP

Dr. Wong Soon Heng is a corporate leader turned lecturer. He had more than 30 years of corporate experience, the last 10 years of which were in senior management jobs. His last position was Managing Director and Head of Regional Operations of an international organization where he was responsible for operational and logistics support for the Company's business units in South-east Asia, Hong Kong and China.
Dr. Wong holds a PhD in Business Administration from Preston University, Wyoming, USA and an MBA with distinction from the University of Hull, UK. In addition, he has the ACIB professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and AFP from the Financial Planners Association of Singapore (FPAS). He had also gone through extensive business and executive training from INSEAD, a leading business school in Europe. His doctoral research work focused on Business Process Reengineering in International Trade Finance. His current research interest is on human resource and management practices in relation to cultural diversity of ethnical workforces and plans to pursue a second doctorate degree in business administration (DBA) in this area.
Currently, Dr. Wong is an adjunct faculty lecturer of various U.K., American and Australian universities. He lectures at doctorate, MBA and first-degree levels and has mentored many doctoral candidates in their PhD theses. His areas of specialty are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Principles of Management, Total Quality Management, Customer Service Management, Operations Management and Negotiation.

David received his MBA from Charles Sturt University, NSW, Australia and BSc (Summa Cum Laude) in Management & Marketing from Upper Iowa University, USA. His academic interests are in Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Management Theory & Practices and Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness. David has served in the public service for more than a decade and is extremely familiar with the leadership styles as well as contemporary management issues within the government sector. David is a firm believer of lifelong-learning and treasures any opportunity to enhance his skills and knowledge. He is pleased to be able to share his knowledge with any aspiring individuals. David is currently studying for his Doctorate in Business Administration with European University.

Leong Yue Choon has 26 years of experience specializing in Business Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution Management, Productions & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, and Inventory Planning & Control. He has worked in Service, Trading and Manufacturing MNCs.
He holds an MBA and is also a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with BA in Logistics and Transportation. Other qualifications include Business Administration, Management Services, as well as Purchasing and Materials Management. He is currently pursuing his MSc in the Management of Quality and Service Excellence.
He is registered with the Ministry of Education as a lecturer and lectures in various educational institutions in Singapore, as well as, conducting in-house training programmes and public seminars in multi-national companies in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Logistics and Supply and has conducted training in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

Mr Ravindra M R S Naidu

Mr. Naidu graduated with MMS, PG Dip (UK), PG Cert TEFL(UK), MISM, FInstPM, FIMS, FInstBTM (UK), MCollP, DLCC, MEd (Neuro Cognitive Pedagogist). He is a Member of International NeuroPsychology Society (USA) and a Humanistic Professional. He is currently reading for a Doctorate in Cognitive NeuroPhenomenology.

With several years of service with a statutory board, more five years as an independent management consultant and trainer in many organizations and more 10 years of teaching experience with several associations for various universities.

Mr Naidu is an avid reader and writer, has made several contributions to journals and book reviews, and has even published a management book, Structure of Business (1999). His speciality is in people and people related training in organizations including psychology.

Further, he is also an IT-savvy globe-trotter who enjoys cycling and specializes in Management related subjects. Mr Naidu has also won several awards including Best Lecturer and Best Online Facilitator.

As a Professional Member of the American Counselling Association and Clinical Mental Health Counsellor of American Mental Health Counsellors, Mr Naidu teaches Psychosocial modules in psychology with various universities and is a trainer of such skills with Inst of Mental Health, HCC, Singapore.
