This statement is to affirm that Brookes Business School is not affiliated with, owned by, or otherwise governed by any Commercial Schools, Education consultant company or any other self-claimed Brookes Business School agent or firm in any part of the world.

The purpose of this policy statement is to advise all students that Brookes Business School will not be responsible for all activities carry out by unauthorised personnel.

No employee or agent is authorised to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of Brookes Business School with another party by email or written contract, without express written confirmation by Brookes Business School.

Any such communication is contrary to organisational policy and outside the scope of the employment of the individual concerned. Brookes Business School will not accept any liability in respect of such a communication, and the employee responsible will personally undertake any damages or other liability arising.
