Refund Policies
REFUND POLICY
Percentage of refund for paid course fees, if student's written notice of withdrawal is received
- 100% - More than 60 days before the commencement date
- 75% - Between 30 to 60 days before the commencement date
- 25% - Less than 30 days to 1 day before the commencement date
- 10% - First dat of course commencement date to 14th day from the commencement date
- 0% More than 14 days after commencement date, Student is liable to pay any outstanding tuition fees.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
- Student with genuine financial difficulties and who wish to withdraw from the course should write to Brookes Business School for consideration. All requests must be supported with documentary evidence. Upon its final decision the institute shall inform the students in writing within a week
- Students should submit their withdrawal requests in writing to the institue.
- All approved refunds shall be made within 14 days from from the date of a letter of approval sent to the student.
TRANSFER POLICY
Transfer out of BBS to another school/institute
An international student who requests for transfer to another school/institute will be required to pay a transfer application fee of S$400 (subjected to prevailing GST).
The student shall be charged for all modules consumed and all discounts/rebates that the student was entitled to shall be forfeited.
Any student who transfers out of BBS to another school/institute shall be deemed as having withdrawn from the Institute, and the existing terms and conditions of BBS' refund policy shall follow.
TERMS ON SECURITY DEPOSITS
The security deposit, if any, furnished by the student to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) shall be returned within fourteen (14) (without interest) on its release from the

- On course completion date
- On student's early termination of course
- On receipt of student's written notice of withdrawal
TERMS ON OTHER DEPOSITS
All deposit collected from student will be refunded as per our refund policy as stated in the standard student contract within 14 days from the date of notification by the student to the school on withdrawal, transfer or cancellation of course.
