- Students are accepted if they possess qualification as stipulated in the Standard Student Contract.
- We match students' needs and proficiencies for the courses offered by means of a suitability test.
- We shall notify student at least 7 days in advance of any delay in course commencement date. Such delay shall not exceed 14 days.
- We make appropriate refund of tuition and non-tuition fees and other additional charges for cancellation, non-completion and termination of course without good reason.
- Students who have completed the prescribed examination and have achieved at least 90% attendance shall be awarded certificate or diploma as stated in the course / student handout.

- The total hours of teaching instruction shall adhere to the timetable provided to students on enrolment.

ACCURACY OF CHARGING
Our School takes a serious view in regard to overcharging of students.
Our service staffs are thoroughly briefed on all types of course and the fees charge. A schedule of the prices is given to them to ensure their familiarity. All staffs are required to attend the orientation programme where they are taught good sales ethics and uphold good customer practices among the topics covered.
Staffs who do not implement the correct charging of fees for courses, etc. leading to overcharging/undercharging will be dealt with by the supervisor. A repeated offender will be disciplined and given letter of warning. For serious cases, disciplinary action would be taken leading to the dismissal of the guilty party.
Student can refer to the CASE –PEO Agreement (A copy of which can be requested from the school or download from our website). The Non- tuition fees schedule is also available from the school. Administration fees of $150 per unit will be charged to drop units with supporting documents after the enrolment period. Administration fees of $75 per unit will be charged for student who wish to study additional units after the end of enrolment period An international student is reuired to sign the Standard Student Contract before course admission. Local Student should refer to the standard student contract and understand the necessary content before sign.
