Certificate in Human Resource Management
The basic aim of the Certificate is to meet the needs of Human Resources Relations practitioners, including managers, employees or individuals working with human resource management issues.
The program aims to provide students with a well developed knowledge of human resource management and industrial relations in a changing business environment.
Based on learning principles, the emphasis is on relevance in learning and its application, the relationship between theory and practice with participants being encouraged to share their work experience with the group.
Admission requirements:
Recommended GCE “N", "O” Level or 2 “A” Level Holder. Students who do not meet the entry requirements need to sit for entry-test.
