Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage (BarTending)

Aim and Objectives of the Program

The basic aim of the Certificate is to meet the needs of booming F&B industries including F&B directors, managers, local bartender or individuals working with our local leading Clubs, Pubs and Bars.

Here you will find resources for those wanting to know how to become a bartender. If you are a new bartender thinking about going to bartending courses, our Bartending trainer will guide before you decide whether or not you should go into bartending industries. It will save you alot of money. Regardless of what those F&B schools may have you think, We understand most clubs, pubs and Bars in Singapore do not require alcohol server training or certification.

Are Licensed Bartenders more likely to find a bartending job than an unlicensed bartender?

Does unlicensed bartender understand the real-juice of alcohol mixing?

The program aims to provide students with a well developed knowledge of beverage mixing and industrial relations in a changing bartending environment as well as creating new beverages. Most importantly this course will assist clubs, pubs, and Hotels to save unnecessary costing due to wastage of wines, hard-liquor and other beverages.

Based on learning principles, the emphasis is on relevance in learning and its application, this programme is consists of both theory and practice with participants being encouraged to share their work experience with the group.
